The mission of the TSP-ISAO is to advance the cybersecurity resilience of the global TSP industry. The TSP-ISAO is intended to serve as the focal point for dealing with all cyber-threats to TSPs including managed services providers (MSPs), cloud services providers (CSPs), and managed security services providers (MSSPs).

Originally launched and supported by ConnectWise, on March 1, 2020, CompTIA, a leading trade association for the global information technology industry, has assumed management and operation of the TSP-ISAO. As a vendor-neutral, non-profit, member-led trade association, CompTIA is ideally situated to manage the TSP-ISAO moving forward and the organization will benefit greatly from CompTIA’s resources and global reach.

Your engagement with the TSP-ISAO will ultimately do a great service to everyone in the tech industry and the customers we collectively serve.

what makes the tsp-isao special

The TSP-ISAO was formed to unite vendors, TSPs, researchers and organizations to reach beyond competition, to collaborate and  create a secure infrastructure within the TSP industry, and to set the standard for TSPs in the services and products they provide to their clients as well as the people, processes and tools they themselves employ, and to provide the tools, education and resources to advance these companies to excellence.
